Crafty Christmas

I just love this holiday collection! My intention was to create a crafty paper collaged inspired collection with traditional holiday motifs. I chose a fun and trendy color palette with both traditional and non-traditional colors. I hope you enjoy it!

Hanukkah Holiday

I have been wanting to create a Hanukkah collection for a while. I am always disappointed in Hanukkah-themed decor as it always seems cheesy to me. I decided to create a collection that I would want to use in my home decor or on paper goods. This collection still features some traditional motifs but in a more muted color palette.

Tiki Time

I love to host themed parties, mainly because I like to craft the decor and transform my home for my guests. I decided to host an end-of-summer Tiki-themed party and created a pattern collection for it. I was inspired by Palm Springs and wanted a saturated and energetic color palette, not my usual super muted look. Here is what I came up with!

Quiet Coast

Growing up in Southern California I’ve spent a lot of time near the ocean. From grabbing snacks at the Dana Point harbor and enjoying good company to the sounds of seagulls and clanking sales to beach days on the sand. The coast is my happy place, it helps me reflect, relax, and connect with nature. I created this collection inspired by these moments. The quiet reflective times staring out over the ocean with the breeze in your hair, the warm sand under your feet, and the soothing sounds of the waves crashing on land.

Cali Sun

As a native Californian I am always inspired by the varying landscapes that make up California. From sunny desert scenes to misty coastal towns, I love being from a place that is so versitile and encourages adventure. I created this collection inspired by the summer sunshine and desert vibes that I would like to channel this coming summertime.

French Tranquility

After attending a design retreat in France I wanted to capture the soothing earthiness and romantic feeling of the French countryside in a collection. Inspired by the simplicity in French textiles, the buttery and natural colors my designs highlight simple yet feminine florals and soft motifs.

Me Time Collection

This collection is inspired by my self care rituals and the little moments where I do something for myself. From yoga, to taking a bath, the little things make all the difference. This collection features a calm and soft color palette. I hope it inspires you to take a moment for yourself and recharge.

Space Dinosaurs

I created these patterns inspired by Dinovember where my husband’s design agency and others practice drawing dinosaurs for the month of November. I played around with using planets as a theme and then paired it with different dinosaurs. Who doesn’t love dinosaurs and they are so fun to draw.

My Favorite things

This holiday collection is inspired by a few of my favorite things during the holidays as well as my favorite holiday caroling song. My favorite things include decorating, wrapping gifts, the smell of pine, Christmas lights, dressing up my dog, cozy scarfs, indoor plants, and getting that gift you don’t need but really want.

Cabinet of curiosities

This mini collection is made up of two toned patterns featuring line based vintage motifs.

PREP SCHOOL

This collection is my back to school collection featuring school supplies and class themes. I was going for a retro vibe with inspiration from Wes Anderson films, mid-west colleges, and vintage camping motifs. I chose a more bold color scheme and wanted to convey a feeling of nostalgia with this collection.

Spring Fling

This collection was inspired by spring flowers, I wanted to use soft colors and create some delicate and feminine florals. My favorite color combos are combining greens and oranges and I think they work well in this collection. I think these would make great spring dress, something nice for Easter perhaps?

Snail and Shroom Collection

This collection is inspired by the unique shapes and beautiful designs found in mushrooms. The mushroom motifs are paired with other small things you might find among the moss including snails, bugs, small twigs and other specimens you might keep in a mason jar on a shelf to admire after exploring the forest. I hope this collection encourages you to take your own nature walk and find beauty in the small naturally created treasures.

Coastal Craving Collection

This collection is inspired by one of my favorite places or what I call my “happy place”. When I need a break or a little inspiration I love to walk from North Beach in San Clemente to the San Clemente pier in Southern California. This walk helps me connect to nature, relieve stress, and explore my creativity. While taking this walk I collected photos along the way and used those images as inspiration for this collection. The color palette was pulled from the rocks that line the beach, I love the soft blue and neutral tones.

Galentine’s Tea Party

This collection was created to prepare for my annual Galentine’s Day Party. I wanted to have a tea and garden inspired event so I created a series of designs to use as cloth napkins for the event. You can check out more about my event in my Galentine’s blog post. This collection features tea flowers, honey bees, teapots, teabags, and a linear print in soft spring inspired colors.

Winter Blooms

This collection is inspired by the hopefulness that spring brings. When it is cold and the days are short sometimes thinking about the blooming of spring flowers can help you feel more optimistic. I wanted to create a mini collection of some cheerful flowers with that winter chill vibe because what is more uplifting than flowers? I hope these blooms bring you joy on chilly days.

Her Story Highlights

This is a start to a collection featuring women throughout history. I really enjoyed researching different women’s stories and then trying to share elements of their stories into patterns. I like the idea of having reminders of the amazing things that women have contributed to as a way to inspire others and myself that we are all capable of great things. I hope to add more designs to this collection at some point.

Collaboration with Geometry! Purchase these designs on tea towels.

A Hygge Holiday

A cozy inspired holiday pattern collection using a nice calm green color palette featuring my favorite holiday cozy activities such as drinking hot cocoa and baking.

Positive Plants Art Prints

Art prints featuring illustrations of houseplants with positive affirmations. I created these prints in order to combine two things I am passionate about . . . plants . . . and self care and wellness. I often use positive affirmations in my daily life and I wanted to create beautiful illustrations of things that make me happy and pair them with affirmations I like to use. I hope that these illustrations inspire and bring joy to others in the way they have for me as I made them. You can purchase the prints on Etsy or purchase a calendar featuring the same illustrations.

Fantasy Play

As a kid I often kept myself entertained through pretending I was in an imaginary world like most kids do. I definitely had a room filled with unicorn artwork and often participated in sword battles with my brother or pretended the dog was a dragon. My favorite board game as a child was definitely Pretty Pretty Princess, remember that one? Feeling both nostalgic and inspired by my childhood fantasies I decided to create a pattern collection around these themes with a soft and playful color palette.

Garden Walk

A few years ago I moved into my new house that is surrounded by nature. Since then I have been passionate about caring for a garden and surrounding myself with plants both inside my home and out. I daydream of one day having a huge garden with vegetables and flowers. I take joy in my regular tending to my herb garden, my tea garden and array of succulents. This collection is inspired by those quiet moments where I take time to water my plants and spend time sitting outside among them.

Slow Morning

The morning is my favorite time of day, I enjoy slowly waking up to the sun rising while sipping my morning coffee. There is something refreshing and exciting about having the whole day ahead of you. Along with morning time, breakfast is also my favorite meal of the day! Who doesn’t love a good scramble, some pancakes, a bagel and cream cheese! This collection of designs is inspired by all the things I love about the morning.

Sweet and Spooky

When deciding to create a pattern for the Spoonflower Pastel Halloween challenge I had a flood of inspiration and ended up creating a few patterns that I just really loved. I love the sweetness of the pastel colors combined with some of my favorite things about Halloween. The black cat design that reminds me of the black cats I have had growing up, the witch motifs that remind me of my grandmother and I had to make a candy themed print as I have a vice for candy. I decided to put together a collection with all the coordinating prints. I have a list of fun DIY projects I can’t to use these designs on from a Halloween table runner to bandanas for my family’s dogs

Vintage electro

I recently had a conversation with family reminiscing about different devices of our past, it’s fun to think about how teens of today would react to certain devices that they are too young to recognize or to see how things come back around. This collection is a look into our past and the things that were once a big part of our life and are easy to forget.

Closet Close Up

I think what’s in our closet is a reflection of who we are, our memories, our travels, and life experiences. If you were to empty out your closet what would you find? For this collection I visited some of the familiar things I might find while looking through my closet and took some time to reflect on how my the contents of my closet have changed from the overalls and adidas of my youth to those boots that I can’t bare to get rid of.

Snack Time Collection

My husband and I enjoy being in the kitchen, he is an amazing cook and I enjoy baking sweets. Together we strive for eating healthy and enjoy making weekly trips to the farmers market to stock up on fresh produce. You will often find my husband blending a tasty smoothie in the kitchen after a work out and I am usually camping out on the couch watching a new movie and enjoying some fresh stove top popcorn, my favorite snack.

wanderlust Collection

This collection is inspired by traveling and features lovely warm and saturated colors. My husband and I love to travel to new places. We have a goal of visiting a new state every year and love taking small weekend trips to new towns we haven’t stayed in. I have grown up with travel whether its visiting my favorite place in Idaho or taking a family trip to Mexico I love the adventure, the memories, and the new experiences that it brings.

Retro Fun Collection

Print collection inspired by a mix of 70’s and 90’s motifs. After wandering the shops and cringing at the reemergence of my middle school wardrobe I started to reminisce about the things I did like from my childhood and channeled that into this collection of designs. I loved all things roller skating and ice skating and still love the simplicity of small floral and motifs that bring me joy.

April Save the Flowers Collection

This collection is inspired by endangered plants in California.
