July Botanical Gardens

I can’t believe July is almost over! I feel like summer is slipping by and I am just trying to make the most of the sunny days I have left before going back to work as a teacher. Luckily, I have been fortunate enough to visit a few botanical gardens this summer and collect a huge amount of beautiful pictures to use as reference images for future patterns and illustrations. I was particularly taken by the range of coneflowers I saw. These flowers became the inspiration for my August desktop background.
