Hello Spring!

“This spring I am ready for growth and change”

My spring calendar is already booking up fast and I am working on not letting that overwhelm me but to help build excitement for new opportunities, growth, and change. I look forward to warmer weather, meeting new friends, and putting my art out into the world. Here is what I have in store this spring . . .

Rogue Collective Makers Market

If you are looking to shop local and want to check out my stuff in person then stop by the Rogue Collective Popup on April 1st. I will have stickers, two affirmation decks, calendars, and fun surprise goodies!

Craftcation Pop Up

Are you attending this year’s Craftcation? If you don’t know what Craftcation is, it is a wonderful creative business conference every year in Ventura, CA. The event features workshops in crafts, sewing, and dying, as well as workshops in business! It’s also a great opportunity to meet other creatives and leave inspired. I am extra excited for this year as I will be attending with my business bestie Danielle of Sip of Copy.

If you are attending Craftcation then make sure to stop by the pop-up shop as I will have select products available there this year.

Mermade Market

If you are local to Orange County and haven’t been to Mermade Market then you are in for a treat! This highly curated and beautiful market takes place at the Ocean Institute in Dana Point (my happy place).  I am excited to have a spot at this market this spring. Make sure to stop by, shop local, and enjoy the scenery and salty air.

To stay up to date on upcoming markets or to get more details check out their website HERE.

Bonnie Christine’s Immersion

With growth and change on my mind, I am so excited to join Bonnie Christine’s Immersion program this year. If you aren’t familiar with her program it is an intense 8-week program that helps prepare you to be a surface pattern designer. I hope that I leave the program with new friends and a spark of inspiration and motivation to take my business to the next level. I look forward to sharing more work as I move through this program.

Print, Patter, and Colour Retreat

Lastly, I am so excited to be joining Elizabeth Olwen’s France retreat this coming June! I hope this is another positive step in my growth as a designer and creative business owner. The first pattern I created in Illustrator was inspired by her skillshare class! Elizabeth Olwen is a huge inspiration to me and it will be such an honor to learn with her this coming summer. If you aren’t familiar with her work, make sure to check her out!

Check out her work HERE.

I hope you are feeling optimistic about the spring and I encourage you to think about what opportunities for growth lie ahead! What habits do you want to change? Where can you grow?
